TERMS & CONDITIONS

Monthly Personal Training Packages:

  • A minimum commitment of 3 months applies to all Personal Training Monthly Packages.

  • All payments are charged via Direct Debit.

  • Initial payment is charged upon commencing Personal Training.

  • Recurring monthly Direct Debits are then charged on 1st of the month & cover services for that calendar month (in cases when the 1st falls on a weekend/bank holiday, charges will occur the next available working day)

  • Monthly payments are based on & include Personal Training services for 48 out of the 52 weeks a year.

  • Joe Langley is entitled to 4 weeks of personal leave per year. Year runs 1st January to 31st December.

  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all scheduled sessions.

  • Sessions cancelled or rearranged less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

  • Sessions will not be extended due to lateness. Clients who fail to arrive within 20 minutes of an agreed start time (unless notification has been given) will be deemed to have cancelled and will be charged in full.

  • Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice (with the exception of those that fall within Joe’s annual leave entitlement) will be banked & can be used as extra personal training sessions.

  • Banked sessions must be used within 6 months & a maximum of banked sessions can be held at any one time- see below:

    • For 1x weekly personal training package – a maximum of 4 banked sessions may be held at any one time.

    • For 2x weekly personal training package – a maximum of 8 banked sessions may be held at any one time.

    • For 3x weekly personal training package – a maximum of 12 banked sessions may be held at any one time.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received & wish to cancel your Personal Training package, a request must be submitted via email to joe@langleypt.com.

  • Refunds will only be given for the remaining proportion of the calendar month from when your email is received.

Group Personal Training:

  • All payments are charged via direct debit.

  • Initial payment is charged upon commencing Personal Training.

  • Recurring monthly direct debits are then charged on 1st of the month & cover services for that calendar month (in cases when the 1st falls on a weekend/bank holiday, charges will occur the next available working day)

  • Monthly payments are based on & include Personal Training services for 48 out of the 52 weeks a year.

  • Your trainer is entitled to 4 weeks of unpaid personal leave per year. Year runs 1st January to 31st December.

  • Missed group sessions are unable to be banked & will therefore be lost if not attended.

  • In the case of your trainer cancelling a session (with the exception of those that fall within their unpaid annual leave), that session will be banked & either rescheduled to suit the group or deducted off a future month’s payment. 

    • 1 months’ notice is requested when choosing to end your Group Personal Training, but If you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received & wish to cancel your personal training package immediately, a request must be submitted via email to joe@langleypt.com.

    • Refunds will be given for the remaining proportion of the calendar month from when your email is received.


One-off Packages:

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, online card payment or cash.

  • Payments must be made in full on or before your first session.

  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all scheduled sessions.

  • Sessions cancelled or rearranged less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

  • Sessions will not be extended due to lateness. Clients who fail to arrive within 20 minutes of an agreed start time (unless notification has been given) will be deemed to have cancelled and will be charged in full.

  • Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice are able to be rescheduled.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received & wish to cancel your Personal Training package, a request must be submitted via email to joe@langleypt.com.

  • Refunds will only be given for the remaining proportion of the 1-off package that has not yet been used.


Group fitness classes:

  • Both PAYG & block booking payments can be made via bank transfer, card payment or cash.

  • Payments must be made in full before or upon arrival at the class you attend.

  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all group fitness classes.

  • Classes cancelled or rearranged less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

  • Classes cancelled with more than 24 hours notice are able to be rescheduled or a full refund provided where applicable.

  • Should a class be cancelled or postponed by Joe Langley Personal Training, attendees will be contacted as soon as possible & a full refund will be provided where applicable.

  • Block bookings will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date they were purchased.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with the service you have received & wish to cancel your block of group fitness classes, a request must be submitted via email to joe@langleypt.com.

  • Refunds will only be given for the remaining proportion of the group fitness block that has not yet been used.

Seminars & Workshops:

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, online card payment or cash.

  • Your place is confirmed upon receiving payment.

  • In the case of you being unable to attend the event a full refund can be given if at least 48 hours notice of your cancellation is provided.

  • Alternatively, your place may be transferred to another person.

  • Your request for a refund or transfer must be made in writing to joe@langleypt.com.

  • Should an event be cancelled or postponed, attendees will be contacted as soon as possible & a full refund will be provided.


Refresher Sessions/Blocks: 

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, online card payment or cash.

  • Payments must be made in full on or before your first session.

  • A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all scheduled sessions.

  • Sessions cancelled or rearranged less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
